A Nigerian woman, Habibat Salawudeen Ilhovi Jack, popularly known as @the.belovedlove, has completed a 144-hour marathon reading of the Holy Bible in an attempt to set a new Guinness World Record.

The six-day Bible reading marathon officially ended on June 29, marking the completion of a spiritual endurance challenge that captured the attention of many across social media.

According to organizers, the attempt was carried out in line with Guinness World Records guidelines, with Habibat taking only short permitted breaks for essential needs throughout the reading period.

The marathon, which lasted for six days, was supported by family members, church members, and well-wishers who gathered to encourage her through the intense reading session.

Habibat, who is a member of Summit Bible Church, Port Harcourt, embarked on the challenge as an expression of faith and dedication, drawing reactions from people who applauded her commitment.

While the official Guinness World Records verification process will determine whether the attempt qualifies for the record, many Nigerians have already celebrated the milestone as a remarkable display of discipline, faith, and perseverance.
