Abuja Court Summons Odumodublvck Over Alleged Intimidation of Chocolate City Executive
Afrobeats star Odumodublvck is back in the headlines, this time for a serious legal reason. The Abuja Chief Magistrate Court has summoned the rapper in connection with a case involving a top Chocolate City executive.

The development feels like a twist of fate for the rapper. In his hit song “Industry Machine,” he once declared, “They been dey find me for court all along…” Now, that lyric seems to have come true.
Complaint from Chocolate City’s A&R Head
According to TheCable Lifestyle, Olayinka Osagie Onobun, the Head of A&R at Chocolate City Music, filed the complaint. He accuses Odumodublvck, whose real name is Tochukwu Ojogwu, of criminal intimidation through a series of social media posts on X (formerly Twitter).
Onobun claims the posts were meant to cause fear and threaten harm. The Chief Magistrate, Farida Ibrahim, therefore issued a court summons on November 3. She ordered Odumodublvck to appear before the court on November 6, 2025, to address the allegations.
Separate Assault Case Still Ongoing
This isn’t Odumodublvck’s only legal challenge. He is already facing a civil lawsuit before the Abuja High Court. In that case, entertainer and photographer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, alleges that the rapper attacked him during a public event in December 2024.
According to Ogbogiri, the confrontation left him injured and his iPhone 15 Pro Max destroyed. He is seeking damages, medical reimbursement, and a public apology from the artist. That case is scheduled for November 26, 2025.
